Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 September 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Jahez, operated by Phasla Solutions. These Terms govern your use of the Service at jaheznow.com and app.jaheznow.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You accept these Terms by ticking the acceptance box when you create an account, or by continuing to use the Service. You must be able to enter into a binding contract and, where you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Description of Service

Jahez is an AI conversational management and auto-reply platform that helps businesses manage and answer customer conversations on connected channels including WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram, together with the catalog, lead, order and reporting features made available in the app.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

Give accurate information when you register and keep it current. You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done under your account, including by members you invite. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use Jahez for anything unlawful or unauthorised. That includes sending spam or unsolicited messages; messaging people who have not opted in; harassing, deceiving or defrauding recipients; infringing intellectual property or privacy rights; attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer or compromise the Service; abusing our APIs beyond permitted use; and anything that breaks Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or Telegram policy.

5. Platform Compliance

If you connect Meta or Telegram products you must comply with their platform terms and messaging policies, including opt-in, quality and prohibited-content rules. You are responsible for the content of messages sent through your connected accounts. We may suspend access where your use risks a platform policy violation or harms the Service or other users.

6. AI Replies and Your Responsibilities

Replies are generated by AI models and sent without a person reviewing them first. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and you are responsible for configuring, testing and monitoring your agent and for everything it sends on your behalf. To generate replies we send conversation content to third-party model providers, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Our agents are built to tell a customer they are an automated AI assistant whenever they are asked, and you must not configure a persona, instruction or catalog entry that claims your agent is a human being — several jurisdictions require that disclosure, and doing so also breaches these Terms. Do not use the Service to give medical, legal or financial advice, and do not rely on it for anything safety-critical.

7. Intellectual Property

Jahez, including its software, branding and documentation, belongs to Phasla Solutions or its licensors. You keep ownership of your business content and your customer data, and you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Subscriptions, Credits and Billing

Paid plans, message credits and usage-based fees are charged as described at purchase and in your account. Prices are shown before you pay, in the applicable currency. We may change prices for future billing periods and will tell you before the change applies. Non-payment may lead to suspension or termination of access. Payments are processed by Kashier; we never hold your full card number.

9. Auto-Renewal, Cancellation and Refunds

Auto-renewal is optional and off unless you tick the box at checkout. If you turn it on, we store a secure card token and charge the same plan price on each renewal date until you turn it off. You can turn auto-renewal off at any time from the billing page, and doing so stops all future charges while leaving your current period running to its end. Cancelling the subscription itself is different and takes effect immediately: access to channels, agents and conversations stops at once, any unused plan credit is invalidated, and the remainder of the period you have already paid for is not refunded — so if you only want to stop future billing, switch auto-renewal off rather than cancelling. Amounts paid for balance top-ups are non-refundable once credited, because they are allocated immediately against operating costs. Where a technical fault deducts balance incorrectly, contact support within 48 hours and we will restore it once verified. Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation right you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phasla Solutions and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Termination

You may stop using Jahez and delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk to the platform or other users, or where a platform or the law requires it. On termination your right to use the Service ends; terms that by their nature should survive, including liability limits and intellectual property, do survive.

12. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, where Phasla Solutions is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and without displacing mandatory consumer protections in your own country. For any question about these Terms, contact [email protected]. Operator: Phasla Solutions (phasla.com).
